Iron knife is the second grade of Throwing knifes used in Ranged skill. It is mainly obtained by smithing it. 5 Iron knifes require 1 iron bar. Smithing one Iron Knife grants 25 smithing experience. Wearing one will grant player +5 ranged bonus. Knifes are fastest attacking weapons in the game. Player will always notice double hit splat on his target. Using iron knifes is one of the most effective ways of training Ranged skill in Old School Runescape. Although one will not hit very high, but because of Knifes very high attack speed, training ranged on Rock Crabs is one of the fastest ways to level up Ranged skill untill some point.
